• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Stripe's customer portal.
• Payments: All payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

3. AI Services

TextoPal utilizes Gemini 3 Flash for text processing.

• The quality and accuracy of the output depend on the AI model provided by Google.
• TextoPal is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors generated by the AI.
• Users must comply with Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use TextoPal only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

TextoPal is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
